Pros: Excellent and unmatched empowerment, freedom, and lack of bureaucracy. Smart and helpful people at every corner. Great pay when considering stocks.

Cons: Be ready for extreme pressure to deliver on things you've never done before and have little to no time to get up to speed learning. It can be very stressful and very difficult to perform at a high level compared to others. You can survive at the company with good work, but the only way to thrive is to go extremely above and beyond, which is a hard task when everyone is doing exactly that.

Pros: The best company to learn at, and brilliant and kind coworkers. I’ve learned more in a year here than in 3 years elsewhere. Stock has done exceptionally well.

Cons: Work is your life. Deadlines are insane. If you have any boundaries on hours, you may have a tough time.

Pros: You will be able to learn more and do more (with direct responsibility) than nearly any other large company. The mission is inspiring and motivating in a way that very few other places can offer.

Cons: Large time commitment for relatively lower pay, because you are effectively paying tuition to learn from smart people. High variability in management, since some are great and some are bad.
