Engaging projects, no down time, and lots of work that makes the day fly by.
Very low quality senior management. Hours are unnecessarily long due to many people hiding out during the day and not properly managing their time.
You have highly unqualified people in positions of upper management making life hell for those below them because they cannot provide clear direction on projects.
Lots of corruption.
Many people taking kickbacks for awarding work to contractors.
Almost all managers I have spoken with in facilities do not care about the mission and think going to Mars is a joke.
Very disheartening to be surrounded by people only here to earn a paycheck.
