The interview process began with a quick chat and a coding challenge, similar to a CoderPad situation, which was not overly demanding. This was followed by a prompt move to the onsite stage, which included three interviews and a meeting/lunch with the manager at the end, serving as a fourth interview.
Recruiters were very responsive and facilitated a quick transition to the onsite interview. All individuals were extremely open and easy to engage with. At one point, I became a bit stuck on a problem, but the interviewer stepped in and discussed it with me. The interaction felt very conversational, which I appreciated.
The offices were very nice, the compensation offered was generous, and the people were amazing. Ultimately, I decided to accept another offer due to personal reasons.
I had a really fun question posed, a bit of a brain teaser based on client needs.
