Process
The process was very chaotic. People internally do not seem to communicate with each other. HR appears to be broken.
There were several changes to the schedule. The recruiter said one thing, and the person calling to schedule the interview said something else. This was very confusing.
Questions
The technical questions were reasonably easy, but they didn't take the time to find out what I wanted.

Pros: Friendly co-workers, remote, decent pay.
Cons: No job stability. There are constant layoffs, and everyone who is halfway paying attention to the plot realizes that Cisco is going to wipe 20% of Splunk off the board.
ELT is also actively avoiding difficult questions. They pack the weekly town halls with meaningless nonsense and leave maybe 2 minutes for questions. This is clearly deliberate.
