Friendly co-workers, remote, decent pay.
No job stability. There are constant layoffs, and everyone who is halfway paying attention to the plot realizes that Cisco is going to wipe 20% of Splunk off the board.
ELT is also actively avoiding difficult questions. They pack the weekly town halls with meaningless nonsense and leave maybe 2 minutes for questions. This is clearly deliberate.
NA - there is nothing that I could say that ELT does not know already.
They asked many hard questions. They provided an engineering problem to solve. I didn't get the job. They were very specific in which questions they asked, and also asked me many personal questions.
Two phone interviews and then they flew me out for a face-to-face interview. When I arrived, I was greeted with some changes to the interview roster, but nothing major. Unfortunately, the position that I applied for had not been adequately explained
The process was very chaotic. People internally do not seem to communicate with each other. HR appears to be broken. There were several changes to the schedule. The recruiter said one thing, and the person calling to schedule the interview said some
