The interview process is long and frustrating.
First, there's a round with a recruiter and hiring manager.
They give you a take-home assignment, stating basic requirements and bonus functions.
They say it would only take a couple of hours to complete, but that is never the case.
It takes more than 10 days for the hiring manager to review, and they reject even when all bonus points are met.
The interview, overall, is a long time without response and is time-consuming.
It doesn't seem worth the time and effort at all.
