I was invited for an on-site interview after a phone screen. The interview seemed to have gone fine. I pinged my recruiter a few days later for any feedback.
There was no reply whatsoever. This is my very first ghosting experience. It is very unprofessional. I will never consider Splunk in the future.

There is a supportive company culture and a good energy aimed at delivering the best product suite in this space.
With the dedicated management and some very talented engineers on board, there is a positive outlook for the future.
Cons: Some processes are still maturing.

Pros: The product is amazing and has a clear need within the industry. The founders' emphasis was on the culture and people, as well as building a great product. It was quite rewarding having such a high influence on the product and quality.
Cons: The usual startup woes: being spread thin, work/life balance (although it wasn't particularly bad here), and somewhat of a bro culture (although you never felt excluded if you weren't a 'bro').
