Pros: Excellent and flexible work environment.
Got a great work-life balance.
Top-level management is focused and is working hard to push the boundaries.
Highly technical people around to inspire you.
Cons: As in any fast-moving company, new changes are always around the corner, where some work and some don't.
At times, mid-management doesn't have a clear vision, which causes a lot of confusion and uncertainty.
Still very much a US-centric company.

Cons: Australia can sometimes feel disconnected from the home base in the US.
