Pros: You can experience the environment for knowing data monitoring.
Cons: It is messed up by many talented interns (including CMU CS, UCB CS) who don't receive a return offer even if they worked hard during their internship. Also, the pay is downgraded next year. For summer interns, I would recommend finding another company if you have other options.

Great mentors.
Learn something new every day.
Great location, benefits, kitchen, etc.
Work on things that use the latest tech.

Pros: Good and challenging projects and a lot of work to do.
Work-life balance.
Cons: Compensation is not as good as other big companies. They are currently re-forming the teams, which makes the working pace a little bit slow.
