Pros are as follows: * Generous with bonuses and RSU: Bonuses are given out every quarter, and another bigger chunk of bonus at the end of the fiscal year. * Extremely friendly environment: Parties for almost all occasions and events. * Extremely generous with spot bonuses: High motivation to get things done goes along well with more bonuses. * Extremely well with retention: This is a place that has a very low attrition rate. * Liberal with promotion: Just like what the people from HR will tell you - always talk to your manager. That is so true! Just make sure that you constantly talk to your manager about your goals. * Extremely well-balanced work-life workplace: Don't worry about working long hours because it's all about work-life balance. You can expect a laid-back environment here. * Extremely passionate leadership.
