I applied in January. I received an email from a recruiter for a technical phone screen in early February. It was a 45-minute call with the Hiring Manager. I was asked a few questions about my resume and one coding question. I completed it correctly, and the interviewer herself said I might get an onsite call. However, two weeks passed, and I never received a reply from them. There was also no response to my follow-up email. I received a rejection after three weeks. I can understand that the interview process takes time, but the recruiter should have had the courtesy to inform the candidate of the status and respond to follow-up emails instead of leaving the candidate hanging. I have heard the company is good, anyway.
