Pros: Fast-paced. Good amount of work to do.

Cons: Reorgs happen a lot. Stocks aren't that stable right now.

Pros: Mostly everyone is really amiable and interested in you. Company is really focused on growth and pushing hard for it. Really great worksite right in the middle of Santana Row. Kitchens always have something to eat. Company hack weeks! Lots of team outings. Specifically for interns, the company is committed to making the experience awesome!

Cons: They only have food on Mondays, while most companies of their size have free food all week. It can be rather tedious that sometimes security stops you for your badge, and other times they let you just walk without even seeing them. Stock office supplies more frequently. Walls aren’t very decorated. It could be useful to know about the company or other teams because I feel pretty oblivious about what’s going on in the company.

Pros: Great culture, very exciting times in engineering with new and innovative products being built. Great work/life balance, no pressure or feeling of 'I need to stay super late to finish this to get ahead of peers so I can get my promo'. Perks: Generally seem to be on the uptick, every all-hands announces something. * 401K match has been formalized, guaranteed $2k/year (see cons as well) * Lunch meetings get catered meals (see cons) * Good parental leave, just announced 20 weeks

Cons: - They spend a lot of money catering food for all the meetings, and then there are leftovers. They should just officially support catered lunch every day of the week. - 401K needs to be more competitive. We should match Facebook, Google, etc. That is the caliber of engineering we have.
