Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The overall experience was pathetic. I have given several interviews in my career, but Splunk has a very bad communication process. The recruiter would never reply or help me understand the interview process. They were rude and only emailed or replied when they wanted something from me, but wouldn't help to solve my queries.

Talking about the interviews, I had 7 rounds. The questions were based on Linux, networking, configuration tools, Kubernetes, etc. I had a positive response from all the interviewers. When I asked for feedback, the recruiter never replied back. They should have the courtesy to let candidates know instead of leaving them hanging.
