The interview process consisted of the following stages:

• Technical phone screen (This covered almost all aspects of CS fundamentals, including data structure design, distributed merge sort, and consistent hashing).
• Coding.
• Coding and System Design.
• Manager interview.

This was the best interview process in the industry, where the interviewers focused on core areas rather than random questions. I should say that it takes a well-prepared interviewer to cover all these aspects in a short span of time. The interviews and interviewers were very professional.

Above all, hats off to the recruiter, Peter Farkalay, for moving things as quickly as possible.

Splunk was the best offer I had compared to those from Apple, Google, and eBay. I ended up not accepting the offer due to some personal preferences, but I would love to go back to work with them in the future.
