Pros: Just a regular, small, product-based setup in a trendy neighborhood.

Cons: It's been frustrating to apply for multiple roles and even get referred by friends, only to be rejected each time because I'm not based in Hyderabad. It seems they prioritize candidates from Hyderabad and don't support relocation for most roles. Regardless of qualifications, they seem to favor local candidates. Even conversations among employees and managers often occur in the local language.

Pros: Good work environment, common in smaller companies. Laid-back atmosphere.

Cons: Bureaucracy as usual in most bigger companies. Laid-back management.

Pros: Great people, friendly culture, and a great product with interesting challenges to solve. Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.

Cons: Titles don't seem to match up with other companies. For example, a Principal Software Engineer here would barely be above a Senior Software Engineer in a top 5 company (having worked at one). The core engineering team is fantastic to work with, but the distribution of knowledge and expertise is like an onion. Most of the knowledge and decision-making is controlled by a few people, perhaps reflecting the product architecture. The internal team architecture (mission teams) is too disorganized, and teams are not incentivized to work towards the right goals.
