Don't manage people if you're unable to delegate, trust, and allow your best employees to thrive.
Two phone interviews and then they flew me out for a face-to-face interview. When I arrived, I was greeted with some changes to the interview roster, but nothing major. Unfortunately, the position that I applied for had not been adequately explained
The interviewer did not turn up until 20 minutes into the interview. The first thing said was, "Umm, you know I am late?" I suppose they need a follow-up. It felt like a smack in the face; I spent time getting prepared for the call.
The process was very chaotic. People internally do not seem to communicate with each other. HR appears to be broken. There were several changes to the schedule. The recruiter said one thing, and the person calling to schedule the interview said some
