The people at Splunk are fantastic and very helpful.
In terms of integrating new models/ideas, the bottlenecks are insane. There isn't much transparency in how the product integration is actually going, so you are in the dark most of the time.

I just want to say I've been ghosted for many weeks after my interview. There has been no rejection and definitely no reply after that. It's a little frustrating how a recruiter ghosts a candidate.
