Pretty lackadaisical company with not much direction.
If you want to chill, this is the place to be. The company is relatively positive in terms of work culture and balance.
The engineering talent bar is very low, and promotions are entirely political, with tons of visibility bias. This leads to people being promoted to staff/senior positions who aren't very competent. Leadership also doesn't really know what they want to do, changing directions every three months. This leads to churn and burnout from engineers. There's lots of fake, toxic positivity from the top down.
