An absolute sham of a process. The recruiter got in touch through a networking site. The process was straightforward:

• Virtual screening
• Virtual onsite (technical, behavioural)
• Recruiter feedback

I didn't have to prepare much, and it was all done in a single afternoon. I received positive feedback initially and they were about to release an offer, only to be passed around to other recruiters. Later, the position was closed.

I was told to apply for future roles without having to go through the recruitment process again, but neither the recruiters respond to my emails nor do they shortlist my resume.

Technical questions involved digging deeper into the solution of a coding challenge, with time and space complexity analysis.

Behavioral questions involved regular inquiries, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
