Pros: Work culture on my team is really good, but I hear that it's not the norm. Problems are interesting and the work can be challenging. There is a lot of opportunity to be self directed in your career and what you do as a manager.

Cons: Lots of leadership changes in the last year give a sense of uncertainty. New product ideas get started and abandoned fairly quickly, leading to burnout and a general lack of excitement. The loss of long-term incentives for long-term employees after the PE buyout hurts a lot.

Pros: Great work-life balance, nice office, and easy to comprehend goals from leadership

Cons: Pay is no longer competitive, and chaotic leadership.

Pros: Good culture. Everyone is kind and transparent.

Cons: Not much to complain about.
