There is a phone call with a recruiter, pretty generic, to see if the candidate matches the profile (years of experience, degree, visa situation, computer languages, etc.). Then a one-hour online test on Hackerrank, challenging, and finally a 45-minute phone call with an engineer and some shared Google Doc testing.
