Process
The first round was a technical interview over the phone and in an online coding environment to debug a Python script. The second round was in person in NYC, where I met with five different people, including lunch, over six-plus hours.
The people were pleasant and, for the most part, professional. Unfortunately, this company was not willing to even give the feedback of "Thanks, but no thanks." That's a very long process to still get ghosted at the end.
