Applied directly through the company website and received an HR email the next day inviting me to a screening call. The time was later in the evening to suit the time zone of the interviewer. The HR representative missed their call and didn't respond to an email afterwards.

Even by the varying standards of HR across tech, this was uniquely poor, so I would advise anyone applying here to maybe not invest too much time into company research or prep until you get beyond the screening call.
