The interviewer was completely unprofessional. They couldn’t find a slot in one month and had to reschedule three times.
On the second attempt, the interviewer replied almost a week later, saying to reschedule for another day because her calendar was full, which I did. On the third attempt, she didn’t join the meeting.
She then apologized and immediately tried to reschedule the interview for the next day, without considering that my calendar was very busy for the whole week with other interviews. This was just the very first step – no respect for the candidate’s time.
