Initial recruiter phone call.
Was scheduled for 30 minutes, and a couple of hours before, I got an email saying he would be running 15 minutes late to the call, so my interview would be cut short by 15 minutes. He was only 5 minutes late, so all good.
We had a decent conversation about my goals, what I was looking for, etc. He told me that he was going to email me back with a coding challenge in the next two days.
Was completely ghosted for two weeks until I got a generic rejection email.
Gave me false hope instead of giving me a rejection.
Terrible process. Communication was not great at all.
