Screener interview with an internal recruiter in Singapore turned into ghosting.

I booked a slot on their calendar for the screener five days in advance. On the day of the interview, the recruiter emailed me saying it was actually a public holiday in Singapore and suggested rescheduling.

I sent my availability and then politely followed up once a week for three weeks. However, I received nothing back and was ghosted (I did check my spam filter!).

So far, I had applied to Stripe a couple of times and been rejected, but I have not had any other company try to set up an interview and ghost me before it even happens. This is unprofessional.

I thought it would be an isolated case, but after seeing other reviews, it now makes sense.

Please let me know an alternative time we can chat, either this week or next, and I'll reschedule.
