I did a couple rounds of interviews, and one of the interviewers didn’t even ask my name. Not only that, but it occurred to me that they didn’t even have my resume (I’d never been asked for one), and I also had nothing on my LinkedIn aside from my title.
I was not asked to introduce myself or talk about my experience. One interviewer in particular was even distracted reading things while I was answering questions.
I believe my answers were sound.
