A Stripe recruiter reached out to me.
I had a phone screening with the recruiter to go over the role and expectations.
I set up and went through a video call with a second interviewer. The interview questions were straightforward and asked about past experiences.
I received no response after the second call and was ghosted on follow-up.
I would suggest being transparent with candidates going forward and actually responding to messages.
This experience has very negatively affected my perception of Stripe.
