Recruiters have no respect for candidates. They push you to perform the interviews quickly even though they don't have a matching team. So after you passed and succeeded all interviews they put you in the "team matching" phase where basically you are ghosted by them and have no news.
- Phone call with recruiter
- Phone technical interview: programming exercises from real world
- Loop of 4 interviews: Bug, programming, integration, Manager
- Team matching calls: calls with different managers to find a team
