I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
A phone screen followed by a technical assessment. The technical assessment was a real life problem about items and products. Essentially calculating pricing for a list of orders. There were 4 levels of increasing difficulty. Unfortunately I could not complete level 3 in the given time. Got a rejection a week later.
