Pros: Great benefits, decent compensation, and a good selection of engineering talent.
Cons: Leadership and managers are totally incompetent. The process is more important than results to them.
Managers will say one thing while meaning another. This is the worst work management I've worked with in my career.
Top-level leadership has way too much direct influence over work.
