I had one screening interview where I solved a problem. That was relatively easy.

In the next step, I had four technical interviews and an interview with the hiring manager all in one day:

• Troubleshooting/bug fixing
• Design
• Integration (adding a feature)

I used the IDE of my choice on my laptop and shared my screen, which was a great experience.

The recruitment team helped me a lot by giving me relevant information so that I was prepared and knew what to expect.

I was given a high-level diagram of a Stripe (or Stripe-like) system design and asked to work on a particular subsystem.

I was given a Python repository with a short list of issues and asked to find the issue and fix the code so that the tests would pass.

Given a set of stored request-response pairs, I was asked to write a program that could be used to ensure the API's backward compatibility.
