I completed a coding challenge, phone screen, and technical interviews.
The process was fairly quick, but the questions and interviewer consistency were very variable.
Some interviews were great, while others had poor interviewers, poorly chosen questions, and candidates not suited for the interview.

Pros: Good product and great people.
Cons: Leadership is too worried about optics and Stripe's reputation and would go to any extent to preserve those. They tried to avoid layoffs with forced PIPs. Slack was monitored and used to put folks in PIP. Once a great company, it went downhill with over-ambitious leadership and missed outlooks. I am not sure how they overestimated the growth since they process payments for millions of customers.
