The online coder pad featured problem-solving coding questions, not in a LeetCode style but more focused on generic problem solving.
Overall, it was a good interview process with a good interviewer. I received an offer from another company before I could advance further in the process, though.

Pros: Stripe continues to have a lot of growth potential. Stripe's business model is such that we make money when our users make money (vs. say, a company that depends on advertising revenue), so I feel like we really care about our users.
The company spends a lot of effort/time to develop a vibrant and healthy culture that values people and promotes team cohesion.
Cons: Work and teams move very fast, so be prepared for organizational growth and team movement.

* Mandatory 15% PME every 6 months.
* Four to five reorgs a year, and many people exit then.
* Managers are encouraged to ‘exit’ new employees within weeks of starting. Woo hoo!
* Nasty dog-eat-dog culture, and a matter of time before external perception catches up with internal.
* Internal Blind is a bloodbath, worse than Amazon according to folks who’ve worked at both firms.
