The interview process had five stages:
- An online assessment
- A technical screen
- Two virtual onsite rounds (one coding and one integration)
- A final hiring manager round
I did not pass the technical screen.
From what I’ve heard, many candidates don’t make it past the hiring manager round.

Pros: Good engineering group, freedom for work.
Cons: Too many middle managers, too much focus on nonexistent metrics polluting the actual work being done. Small changes developers turn in are shipped via email. I've seen ship mails where they changed a data type from integer to double and found some wins.
