Overall positive and interesting; people were quite friendly.
The technical questions were rather difficult, requiring more than just standard coding, but actual practical developer skills.
The interviewers were friendly, and everyone seemed quite nice and happy to be working for the company.

Pros: A polyglot company. Lots to play with.
Cons: Terrible management. Confided about a mental health issue to a manager and received a glib response that "Stripe isn't for everyone." If I had kept better records, I would have filed a lawsuit.
Managers overpromise, and the understaffed team takes the brunt. I don't know if they either don't know how to manage people and projects, or they just don't care, but management is atrocious. There's no guidance, they play favorites, and people definitely get managed out.
