I was expecting usual logical challenges, but it was about building 4 different APIs in 1 hour. I got stuck and withdrew everything. I did not expect that type of request.

Cons: It's kind of like Amazon/Meta and other companies who let go 10-15% of employees every year. Their compensation is not as good as other tech companies anymore after they reduced it a couple of years back.
