Pros: Transparency about the state of the business, a strong leadership team that communicates strategic decisions, skilled and kind ICs who take on-call/reliability seriously, and an extremely good remote culture.
Cons: Some of the earlier years were a bit chaotic (i.e., not having a manager due to a delay in hiring, or getting a new one every few months).
