Pros: Great benefits. Lots of opportunity for stretching yourself and for growth, if work is your only time commitment.
Cons: Lots of processes, lots of pivoting between projects.
I think the experience may be different for someone advanced in their career or just out of college, but as someone in the middle of their career journey, it feels impossible to get ahead, or even stay at pace. Growth is expected, but there’s no one to help you learn how to grow if that’s something that wasn’t a priority at previous employers.
Imposter syndrome is widespread.

Pros: There is a positive, upbeat, generally non-toxic culture.
Projects are very oriented around customer feedback and data.
Pay is good, but they cut the pay bands last year for new offers.
Cons: - A lot of managers who come from Amazon bring their burnout culture.
- Some orgs are not as organized as others.
- It's hard to gain scope if aiming for a promo.
