The interview follows an Amazon-style process, starting with recruiter screening, followed by a hiring manager interview, a take-home project, three rounds of peer interviews/assessments, and a final interview with management.

It is quite intensive within a short period, so please prepare mentally.

My advice is not to waste your time if you are not "THE ONE." While the company always states you are welcome even if you do not have a payment background and technical skills are not paramount, this is utter BS.

The peer interviews/assessments are the worst. Although the recruiter will provide guidance on what to expect and prepare for, it is ultimately up to the individual interviewer to determine their perception of you during the interview.

Given the organization is young, interviewers are generally younger, but this also means they are not well-trained to assess candidates holistically.

For example, the recruiter might mention that technical skill is only part of the assessment, but during the interview, you'll face super-detailed questions that go beyond the recruiter's expectations.

This applies to other peer interviews as well, which test if you are already equipped with skills on the spot rather than allowing time for preparation.

They are looking for the "PERFECT FIT" for the role rather than a holistic person assessment.

You might feel like you are being asked to interview and burn your weekends/time to fill "recruiter" and interview KPIs.

Therefore, if you come from a presale role with technical products involving deep programming, ideally with good payment understanding, give it a shot; otherwise, just don't waste your time.
