Too many to outline!

  • Mandatory 15% PME every 6 months.
  • Four to five reorgs a year, and many people exit then.
  • Managers are encouraged to ‘exit’ new employees within weeks of starting. Woo hoo!
  • Nasty dog-eat-dog culture, and a matter of time before external perception catches up with internal.
  • Internal Blind is a bloodbath, worse than Amazon according to folks who’ve worked at both firms.
