Bad leadership priorities hurting employee morale
Amazing Product, Customers and Peers
Sales Leadership has lost the “users first” mentality.
Some newer Sales leaders are driving a toxic culture where Solutions Architects are graded on how many internal blog posts/white papers they write each quarter.
As SAs, our focus should be on helping customers and growing their business, but our leadership doesn’t believe in this anymore.
If you are absolutely killing it with customers but don’t put out blog posts or internal write-ups, your compensation will be dinged.
I have spoken to other SAs about this, and they all shared similar sentiments.
