Initial HR contact asked some good technical questions, which was positively surprising. The next round was doing a code review, which honestly was very simplistic for a Sr./Staff role but easily cleared. The next round was coding, which was again a very simple problem but just not a good interview question in the sense that it wasn't very scalable to a Sr./Staff role, and it felt very subjective and focused on style rather than substance. I completed the task but they flunked me without feedback, so it's unclear what happened.
Provided some Java code with very obvious inefficiencies.
