Good salary; 5 working hours daily; Very big company; Flexible hours.
The manager is too busy and doesn't follow up the onboarding process effectively.
Very complicated documentation.
Toxic environment for newcomers if the person responsible for the onboarding is not helpful enough.
Kindly make sure that the new joiners get the correct guidance closely.
