I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
The interview format didn't match the guidelines given and I think the interviewer just made up the exercise off the top of his head. He didn't seem very engaged with what I was doing and kind of brushed off clarifying questions. Nothing in any of the 3 interviews I got through matched the written interview guidelines I was given.

They're basic coding / whiteboarding exercises, but working in CoderPad instead of your own editor or an unfamiliar presentation tool can be frustrating, especially under time pressure. People were nice enough, but the process was a mess.
