Pros: a best-in-class product

Cons: • Every company has its challenges. • From my perspective, one possible challenge is that in a fast-growing company, processes may not always be fully mature yet. • However, I think this also creates opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Pros: They won’t fire you even if you do nothing. Free pastries every day.

Cons: Plenty of unethical people here who are basically in retirement mode. - A guy takes a full grocery bag of pastries from B2, then meets up with someone driving a Toyota Prius in front of the B3 parking lot to load the pastries into the Prius. - A guy plays games on his work computer and spends an hour smoking in the car. - A guy constantly tries to sell coworkers life insurance and retirement plans, and is always on the phone pitching life insurance sales calls during work hours. This happens not once, but all the time every week. Managers know about these issues but do nothing. And those guys are the people who eventually become managers—your managers. Look up “Dead Sea Effect.” That’s exactly what’s happening here. The capable employees already left, and what’s left are the lazy, toxic ones. They won't fire them, because if you do, no one would even handle the basic work.

Pros: Free bread, and some teams have good WLB.

Cons: Low pay, all offices are bare with little to no amenities, no room for growth, no marketable skills, and a bad PTO policy. There are 10 days a year no matter how long you stay here. There is rampant nepotism; they receive better benefits under the table.
