Process
1st round: Hiring manager (USA). Virtual interview took 30 minutes.
2nd round: Senior manager (Taiwan). On-site interview took 60 minutes.
3rd round: Manager (USA). Virtual interview took 60 minutes.
4th round: HR (Taiwan). Virtual interview took 60 minutes.
The ridiculous part of the hiring process is coming. The HR indicated that my experience does not fit the manager role because a couple of my previous jobs only lasted for 1 year (I was told by the hiring manager). Eventually, they gave me a lowball offer and a lower position.
