Process
I had an interview with 4 interviewers. I believe they were all engineers in Quality and Manufacturing. The questions they asked were mainly about my background and my experiences. There were some situational questions that were very basic.
My experience in the interview wasn't as lively and positive because they were way too serious.
My impression of the team:
- Introvert
- Work only for a paycheck
- No collaboration/teamwork
- Care only for themselves
After a week, I was given an offer. It was an entry-level salary, which was a slap in the face when I have over 6 years of experience and success.
I would never recommend working at this company with this type of environment and culture.
