Sometimes we have good staff meals. Always have OT available if you are into that.
Bad working environment and working culture. Like, it's actually horrendous.
I was training a new guy and suddenly he became my supervisor just because he speaks Chinese.
Overall, this working culture is not for me, where your performance and knowledge don't matter. As long as you bow your head and listen, then you will be treated well. I don't like that at all.
Stop hiring people who don't know anything about technology and stop discriminating against new workers who actually have knowledge. As well as let go of the "senior workers" who literally don't do anything and get higher wages than all of us new workers combined.
