Work is exciting. There are a lot of new initiatives.
Very chaotic and crowded office. Finding a place to sit, let alone work, gets difficult. The noise levels are so bad that doing any meaningful work in the office is challenging.
Apparently, the office is shifting to a larger facility, but it's taking way too long.
Encourage more work from homes.
